Return & Refund Policy – Avelora Skin

At Avelora Skin, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.


1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund

9. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
