All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

  • International: 8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local courier services.


3. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to become active in the system.


5. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • high demand periods

  • carrier issues beyond our control

Avelora Skin is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or customs.


6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.

Avelora Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.


8. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability and logistics.
